Spicy Pork Stir-Fry
Solid recipe. But do yourself a favor and cut up an onion and add it during the rest of the vegetables. Then don't kill yourself trying to find chili oil in your lousy local supermarket. It ain't there. Instead, get some of that Thai Chili Sauce in the ethnic aisle and let people decide on their own level of spice.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Quite honestly the best chili I have ever made. Use good ingredients, let it simmer, load on the cheese, and you won't be disappointed.

Fresh Herbed Halibut
A good solid halibut recipe. The olive oil gives it a nice buttery taste, and the dill is appropriately subtle. Better than plain fish, but not a five-star.
