French Onion Soup XI
I followed this recipe except for decreasing the onions to 6 yellow and 1 vidallia, it took longer to brown than the recipe, and I substituted half Swiss and half Provolone cheese; it was a big hit with company, I will make it again

Zucchini Corn Medley
I found this very tasty, and so did the crowd. I should have cooked it a little less, the recipe gave no time recommendation, so watch it closely so the zucchini does not get over done. 25 minutes at medium heat might be good, stirring frequently if you don't have it in a large pot.

Molasses Baked Chicken
This was a real hit with everyone young and old, and easy to make. I found the sauce great on potatoes. I used olive oil to grease the baking dish, and boneless skinless chicken breast, so it was low in saturated fats. I will definitely make this scaled up in portions for crowd next time we have family.
