Creole Seasoning Blend
I had the site calculate the recipe for 300 servings, then another 100 to give as gifts. I leave the salt out completely and adjust other seasonings to my taste. Its been a huge hit.

Peanut Butter Bon-Bons
To make this fast and simple I pressed the mixture onto a cookie sheet and spread the melted chocolate over it while it was still warm. Start to finish was about 15 minutes with very little mess. I also recommend a little vanilla in the peanut butter mixture.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup
I made this pretty much as stated in the recipe with minor unremarkable changes. Very good soup that I will be making again. Because I knew this would be a large batch of soup, (and my ham bone was still frozen) I put the ham bone in the crock pot the night before. In the morning I removed the bone making more space for the rest of the ingredients.
