Amish Meatloaf
I didn't use all of the topping sauce as it makes a TON. The meatloaf itself is amazing. Very similar to the fantastic meatloaf my husbands grandma made. My family of 5 ate the entire thing in one sitting. Even my son who doesn't eat much meat had 2nds!!

Apple Strudel Muffins
It's a very dry almost cookie like batter. I will grate at least one of the apples and chop the other apple very small but the taste is excelent.

Banana Oat Muffins
Really good and moist. My husband who isn't a huge banana fan even liked them. I added a few oats on top for a little extra crunchy texture. keeper recipe!!
