Rocky Road Fudge Bars
I didn't think that these were so fabulous. The frosting and marshmellows on top didn't mix well. It was also too sweet.

Wellesley Fudge Cake I
Pretty good. Easy ingredients and didn't make much of a mess. I substituted 3 tbs cocoa powder and 1 tbs veg oil for each ounce of unsweetened baking chocolate. Make sure to check both pans when baking for doneness: one of mine got a little dry.

Chocolate Frosting III
this is great frosting with everyday ingredients. I substituted 6 tablespoons cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons veg. oil for the unsweetened baking chocolate. It worked great. Mine was perfectly thick.
