Inventing my own Alfredo sauce which, my husband says makes him never want to go to our favorite restaurant anymore, because mine's better. Inventing an Risotto recipe that EVERYONE loves. Gluten Free Chocolate cake using Kidney beans instead of sugar. These are my favorites.
My cooking tragedies
I first attempt at making a "unique" sauce by combining jarred sauces. I was 16 and trying to find my way in the cooking world. "It did not taste good!"
