To Die For Blueberry Muffins
This was the most easy and uncomplicated recipe, I can see why it is so highly rated. I looked at the other reviews and decided that I would just work with the orginal recipe. I found it did not need any changes. The only thing I would say were "different" of mine was that I used a Jumbo egg (sent hubby to the store!). and I did dust my blueberries with flour. However, with the density of the batter I don't know it was needed. I made 9 regular sized muffins in lieu of jumbo. Next time I will half the crumb mixture, I think it made too much for my muffins.

Anzac Biscuits I
Geez, the lady below me must be working on the same patch! I too made these for my Daisy GS troop as we are doing a bit on the Australian Girl Guides. I too hate coconut and I liked these cookies! It is a dry mix, which threw me off, but they are crunchy and fun so, I would reccomend them! Most of the girls liked them as well.

Banana Bread V
This deserves 5 stars! I was looking for an easy banana bread recipe and I looked at the more higher rated ones on this site. I saw far too many bad reviews in those and some that required more work than I felt like for a simple bread. The simplicity of this recipe appealed to me and I am glad I used it. It came out wonderful and I am not a big Banana Bread fan! I followed it to the tee just adding a VERY heaping cup full of bananas and some cinnamon. EVEN BETTER the next day. I will note though, it took a full hour in my oven (which is only a year old) and it was still a bit gooey in the center. So I turned the oven off and left it in the oven for about 15 minutes and it yeilded perfect results! I will keep this recipe for good. Thank you for sharing Pat.
