Marinade for Chicken
I'm undecided on this rating. I personally wasn't thrilled with it, but the hubby and kids liked it, so I'm giving it four stars, but I think this is being generous. :) The chicken was very moist (I think this is what the kids liked about it), but I thought the taste wasn't anything to rave about. I did reduce the oil to make it healthier, but I don't think that would have affected the flavor too much. Maybe it would have been better without the Worchestershire sauce??? I probably won't make it again unless the kids personally request it.

Blueberry Salad
This recipe is delicious! To save calories, I skip the cream cheese topping and just top with Cool Whip. NOTE: The posted photos for this recipe (and some of the reviews) are NOT for this particular recipe. Both photos feature a pie with a crust. WRONG!!! This is a jello with blueberry pie filling and crushed pineapple in the jello, then topped with a white cream cheese topping. People, please make sure you are reviewing the correct recipes and posting the correct photos.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.
The novelty of these cupcakes deserves a 5-star rating, but I don't think the taste was a 5-star. I made the recipe as stated but did use a chocolate fudge cake mix because I wanted the color contrast. I froze the cookie balls for about four hours and had no problems at all with the cookie melting away. I did cook them for about 16 minutes but probably should have cooked them a tad longer as some of the tops caved in and were a little wet/doughy on top. Not a big deal because I frosted them with the Rich Chocolate Frosting from this site and you couldn't tell. I'd definitely make these again - the kids thought they were really cool.
