This is a great cheesecake recipe. I did modify it slightly by adding more butter to the crust, a ganache topping, pecan halfs and finished off by drizzling melted caramels over the cake.
Ganache - 10oz semisweet chocolate, 2oz milk chocolate, 1 cup cream
Caramel topping - 20 caramels.
