Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta
Excellent recipe. After dinner, my husband came directly over to give me a kiss. I guess the way to a man's heart IS through his stomach! I agree with the postings to cut back the red pepper flakes - I only put in a 1/3 of it and it was still too much. It's filling, but also lighter than traditional tomato-based sauces.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
I had never had Italian beef, but I had seen Guy Fieri make it on the Food Network. It looked so yummy. This recipe just wasn't what I expected at all. I didn't think it tasted very good and it was very watery, like soup. It was a lot like BBQ beef, only with no bbq sauce and not much flavor. Sorry, this one was a disappointment to me.

Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies
This recipe is great. I've made it a bunch of times - you can use butter as well. Key is not to bake too long. Take them out before they begin to brown and they'll be nice and soft.
