Kentucky Biscuits
This is a super biscuit recipe. I omit the sugar and increase the salt to 1 tsp. So easy, good and quick...this is my 12 yo favorite thing to make at dinnertime! I have had great success with both buttermilk and the milk/vinegar method.

Fajita Marinade I
Perfectly wonderful marinade! I have never used the liquid smoke and it's still great. I've changed the water to other things...beer, wine, veggie broth...all work well. Also, lemon subs very nicely for lime in a pinch.

Chewiest Brownies
This is now our family brownie recipe. I only use 3/4 C cocoa and 1 3/4 C sugar and it comes out perfect! Be sure to only cook for the time indicated. I forgot about it one time and overcooked it by just a few minutes and we had hard-as-a-rock brownies after they cooled.
