pumpkin pie just does not get better than this. I was totally bummed because the local international store did not carry canned pumpkin, so I thought my pumpkin pie craving was going to have to be ignored - thank you for posting this recipe... I know so much better than the can now!

Cream Cheese Brownies II

okay -- I am usually really good at sorting what the problem is when something goes wrong (with baking anyway). the taste of the brownies was good but the consistency was off... I even baked it longer and it did not cook very well. I have not had this problem before so I am stumped /:

Mom's Chocolate Cake

oh this cake was lush! I worried about the taste issue some complained about so I added about 100g melted milk chocolate to the mix.... yum. frosted with a chocolate cream cheese frosting... a 3-year olds birthday cake delight! thanks for this recipe!

Curried Hummus

I used dried chick peas (traditionally prepared) and used the water they cooked in. I opted, also, for garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. otherwise, I followed the instructions given. the curry powder was perfect! thanks for the recipe!

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

this recipe makes other coffee cakes pale in comparison. I followed the instructions minus: I used sour milk instead of sour cream (it was what I had) and I grated the nuts to nearly a powder (I dislike nut chunks unless they are in cookies!). awesome. thank you!

ABC (Absolute Best Chewy) Chocolate Chippers

okay by accident ONLY I used 2 & one half cups of flour (I was using a half cup measuring scoop) and the cookies were perfect. I did everything the same except the flour and the wet hands thing. the cookies still came out shiny & bakery looking. this is a keeper, indeed!

Mall Pretzels

this recipe is brilliant! my family and I just finished our first set.. we all made our own shapes (and some had raisins!) and when they were done, we had a "pretzel-making station" which had cinnamon sugar, butter & sugar frosting, chocolate chips and caramels (hey, I have a seven year old!). they were amazing! we followed the recipe exactly (well, except for the raisins!). thank you so much for this recipe!
