Irish Champ
My husband loved this on St. Patty's day. I prefer to have the onion chopped very small - not just 'thinly sliced'. Very good!

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce
I made this exactly as the recipe is written. It was very moist and dense and wonderful! LOVED the caramel sauce and may just make that by itself for ice cream too. Yum!

Perfect Flourless Orange Cake
This turns out somewhat dense like a coffee cake, but is really delicious. If you're trying to make this completely gluten free, you should NOT flour the cake pan if you are using white or wheat flour. Instead I used powdered sugar & it worked alright. May use rice flour next time.
