This, of course, isn't the traditional beef and broccoli I might order in a Chinese restaurant, but my husband enjoyed it, and that's what counts for me. It does have good flavor, but I might add a tad more soy sauce.

Beef Taco Bake

Followed recipe to the letter; just so-so for us. Rather bland, and we thought the tomato soup added a sweetness we didn't care for. In all fairness, we live in the state of New Mexico, and we are accustomed to really spicy enchilada/taco dishes. This could really use some real green chile. There's just nothing like the taste of roasted green chile in a dish like this.

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Yes this is an "impossibly" easy recipe, and I did follow the recipe as written, but we felt the flavor was rather blah. I ended up serving a bit of cranberry sauce to give it a bit of help. Should I use this recipe again, I'll be adding some onions, celery etc. to punch up the taste.

Skillet Squash and Potatoes

Thanks for this easy, delicious side dish. It's easy and delicious just as it is. Yesterday, I had a couple of roma tomatoes I needed to use, so I quartered and added them to the mix. Not only was it delicious, it added a splash of color to our plates.

Banana Banana Bread

I had been using a different recipe for banana bread for 38 years. This recipe has taken over as my favorite. The banana flavor is wonderful, the riper the banana, the better. I get the same results again and again. Wonderful, moist, delicious banana bread. I've lost count of the number of loaves I've baked since discovering this winner.

Chocolate Earthquake Cake II

I no longer work outside my home, so I've had time to try all types of new recipes on my husband of 31 years. Out of all the things I've tried, there are only a handful that he's asked me to repeat. This is one of them. I whipped this recipe up very quickly! It's very easy, my children loved it; it was an instant hit. I don't see how anyone could rate this less than a FIVE!
