Thanks for this easy, delicious side dish. It's easy and delicious just as it is. Yesterday, I had a couple of roma tomatoes I needed to use, so I quartered and added them to the mix. Not only was it delicious, it added a splash of color to our plates.

I had been using a different recipe for banana bread for 38 years. This recipe has taken over as my favorite. The banana flavor is wonderful, the riper the banana, the better. I get the same results again and again. Wonderful, moist, delicious banana bread. I've lost count of the number of loaves I've baked since discovering this winner.
