Rempel Family Meatloaf
I am eating this as I type! Perfet on a cool fall evening - sliced on a baguette with fresh green beans on the side. Followed the recipe as is except for substituted one T Worc. sauce instead of A1. I did not find this to be too salty whatsoever. Highly recommend - this will be one of our regular recipes this winter! Thanks:)

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I just finished putting this together and I know it is going to be amazing (considering I've already had a cup full)! I followed the recipe exactly except for the following: 4 cans of Red Kidney Beans and a full bottle of Amstel Light (what we had in the fridge). I also used 3 strips of turkey bacon instead of bacon bits and 3 pounds of ground chuck instead of sausage because we don't eat pork. AWESOME. I highly recommend this recipe!

Baked Brie in Puff Pastry
My favorite is to slice the brie in half and fill with rasperry preserves (seedless). Excellent - and the perfect appetizer with granny smith apples and pears - there will be nothing left!
