Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
This soup was really good. I used kale like many other users did. I also used red potatoes instead of russets, because I wanted them to hold their shape a little better after they were sliced and cooked. Great flavor, a little spicy and really tasted like that popular chain restaurant's soup.

Deep-Dish Blackberry Pie
I made this according to the recipe, no changes. It was very good. The crust does tend to get too dark if you press it over the edge of the baking dish, so I would recommend only putting the lattice over the fruit.

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
Good biscuits. I made these just as the recipe instructed and they were good. Not quite as tall as the ones in the photo, about half as tall. They had a nice flavor and were great with butter and honey. Very quick, too, which was nice. Will make these again.
