Pasta with Gorgonzola and Sweet Onion
Absolutely fabulous. LOVED it. So yummy and extremely easy. I added a little extra gorgonzola; felt it needed it.

Broccoli Casserole
Wow -- what a total disaster. I have no idea what went wrong, but it was a mushy, runny mess. My first veggie casserole, so maybe did something wrong?

I found these much too salty. You may want to cut salt in half.
