i tried this recipie and found it to be more of a veg stick with cream. good but basic...i added and bout three time the celery and grated the carrot instead . i also didn't strain the vegetables form the soup....tasted very good and enjoyed by all.

Baja Stuffed Potatoes

stuck to the general recipie but i added some sweet potato to the mixture with the cheese them piped it back into the shells with a star tip...looked terriffic and i got rave reviews.

Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers

very tasty and not too spicy. i added marbled cheese into my version and enjoyed the results. Found that the cheese ran out of a few of them...but all in all a very good starter to a meal...or as a snack during parties and games.

Tandoori Chicken II

Amazing...this was the feature entree for our anniversary supper. it was just spicy enought o make the dish interesting and yet won't hinder the enjoyment. i would highly reccommend trying this dish. I served mine with roasted mixed potatoes and steamed asian vegetables.

Sauteed Bananas

I made this dessert for my girlfriend as a end to a anniversary dinner. It was quite easy to prepare, and quite delicious. I found that presentation was the key with this dish. Use your imagination, and this is an excellant dessert.
