Currently a stay at home mom. I cook for a toddler, a vegetarian, and a picky man who hates onions, cheese and black eye peas. I am an adventurer though, I'll try anything once.. I like my food to be both savoury and sweet at the same time... I love great vegetable recipes they need to be the star. I am just really learning to cook beef in the last 2 years.... good stuff.... heavy on the fresh vegetables. My Georgia family is more into soul food. I have made some great cheese cakes, and steaks... I have messed up some short ribs repeatedly... I will keep trying...
