Maple Pancakes
We love these. My husband makes them every weekend and throws a few chocolate chips in for the kids.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
This salad is great! I always receive many compliments. I've had to give out the recipe numerous times. Although somewhat time consuming, it is worth the effort! I love fruit and nuts in my salad so this recipe was right up my alley!

Lentil Soup
This soup was very good but we felt it needed a little more flavor. It was on the bland side. After reading some of the reviews I will try chicken broth instead of water. On the good side it was very hearty, healthy and nutritious and loaded with fiber.
