I have used a very similar recipe for many years (I add vanilla at the end with the peanut butter). I doubled this recipe to make a 13X9 pan of it. Doubled, it was perfect. I just added vanilla at the end (and, really, it didn't need it, was more from habit than anything else!) I have to say, that this double batch was the best batch of fudge I can remember ever making!!! Thank you so much for your recipe! I hope you don't mind, it's going to be the one I use from now on!

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

This was a great pudding to make and eat! Quick and easy and used everything I already had on hand. The only change I made was to use regular Splenda instead of real sugar and you couldn't tell the difference! Great for a late night snack!

Soft Baked Custard

Outstanding taste and VERY easy to make!! I don't alter the recipe at all. Ok, I take that back, instead of adding the nutmeg to the mixture, I put it on top of the custard when it's in the cups. But that's the only thing I do differently. I make mine with low fat milk and Splenda and my Mom says it's the best she's ever had.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Excellent recipe! I didn't change a thing and can't keep it in the house after I make a batch! If I had a complaint, it would be that it's TOOO good!

Caramel Popcorn

What can I say, but HEAVENLY!! I used 2 bags of microwave popcorn and that was perfect. Like others, I cut the amount of butter in half and didn't notice a difference at all.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Figured since I was sitting here in heaven eating a cookie, I should write my review! Followed the directions completely, except substituted walnuts for the macadamia nuts ($2.59 vs $7.99) and I must say, I like them even better with the walnuts! Not sure what I did wrong (or right lol) but my cookies didn't spread at all. I rolled them into balls before putting them on the cookie sheet and 10 minutes was PERFECT for them! Thanks for an awesome recipe!

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

These came out GREAT!!! Only change I made was to increase the oats to 5 cups and they set up perfectly!!! They've been a hit the 3 times I've made them!
