Excellent!!! Didn't/wouldn't change a thing!

This was a great pudding to make and eat! Quick and easy and used everything I already had on hand. The only change I made was to use regular Splenda instead of real sugar and you couldn't tell the difference! Great for a late night snack!

Outstanding taste and VERY easy to make!! I don't alter the recipe at all. Ok, I take that back, instead of adding the nutmeg to the mixture, I put it on top of the custard when it's in the cups. But that's the only thing I do differently. I make mine with low fat milk and Splenda and my Mom says it's the best she's ever had.
