Paul's Pumpkin Bars
These are wonderful exactly as the recipe is written! For those who are saying they are too "cakey", a pumpkin bar is supposed to be more cakey as opposed to dense like a cookie bar. These are perfect!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
These are amazing! I used butter in place of the shortening and margarine because I didn't have either, and I did add a touch more flour and oats because the dough was very, very sticky, but other than that I stuck to the recipe. This one is a keeper!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
These were excellent! Very peanut buttery and a good texture. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they fell apart a bit after they sat in my cookie jar. I will definitely make them again though!
