Zesty Potato Salad
I think I've got my mom hooked on allrecipes she's starting to make things I haven't even tried from here. Anyway, I just had this at her house and I've been craving it ever since. I add a little spicy brown mustard to mine along with some sweet and hot pickles. It's a delicious recipe! I love the horseradish flavor in combo with the sour cream. I will definitely make this one again! Thanks so much!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
I've been thinking about making this all week and finally found the time to do so. Since I haven't personally made home made chili like this accept from a box this recipe gets 4 stars. The 4 stars are based on the fact I don't have anything home-made to compare it to & the extra step I had to include. 1. Easy Ingredients to find in your local store. 2. Easy to follow directions for a newbie making White Chicken Chili. 3. Full of flavor, the cumin & cayenne are a perfect balance, I sauteed the peppers in with the onions after the onions began to become translucent as well as allowed the full 3 minutes for the spices to toast and really release their flavor. 4. A great meal for hubby and I since we both enjoy spicy meals. Recommendations based on our experience with the recipe: Add this step to create a thicker & creamier chili base. Blend or process about 2 1/2 cups of (mostly) beans & broth with what onions and peppers happened to fall in the ladle. Pulse a few times and return to the pot. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
