White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This recipe was absolutely delicious. Will make it again. Poached the chicken in white wine the night before. I used frozen leaf spinach vs the chopped spinach. Followed other suggestions and added more garlic but otherwise followed the directions.

Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups

Very good. I did add a package of dry Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Dip to the ingredients. Added just the right amount of flavor. Make plenty as they always seem to go fast.
