Zucchini Saute
YUM! I didn't have green peppers or enough tomato but i added a little bit of carrots. I know the recipe would be delicious in itself though

Barbecue Tofu Sandwiches
i thought this recipe was good. i added mushrooms because i'm crazy for it, but other people that tried it thought it went well together also, yum!
