Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
I made the recipe just as it is written, then I read the reviews. The loaves came out dark and I thought they were burned, but they didn't taste burned, just brown. The loaves did not raise as high as other recipes I've tried. I made 4 loaves and they all seemed to settle in the middle a little, but there was no evidence of "falling", like an unset center. My family loves the bread - it is rich and flavorful and moist. I will make it again trying some of the changes in the reviews.
