Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
I made the recipe just as it is written, then I read the reviews. The loaves came out dark and I thought they were burned, but they didn't taste burned, just brown. The loaves did not raise as high as other recipes I've tried. I made 4 loaves and they all seemed to settle in the middle a little, but there was no evidence of "falling", like an unset center. My family loves the bread - it is rich and flavorful and moist. I will make it again trying some of the changes in the reviews.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread II
This bread is sweet and satisfying, delicious. BUT I have made it twice and both times the bottoms stuck in the pans. The first time I did not grease the pan because the recipe does not say to do so. There is 1 cup of oil in the bread and I thought that would provide sufficient release. It didn't. The second time I sprayed the bottom with a release baking spray. The bottoms stuck again. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?
