Salmon Cheese Ball

What a disappointment. I used a 15 oz can of the best canned salmon (7 oz would have been really totally tasteless). Kept all other ingredients as per recipe. Agree with others that it tasted like tuna with little to no taste at all. Will not make again or even try to alter this.

Roasted Pork Loin

Way too long to cook a small pork roast. I cook mine @325 degrees for about an hour and the juices run out of it. Fully cooked. Will not make this again. Was so dry. Disappointed.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I made this exactly per the recipe for a family gathering. None of us are picky eaters. We all love broccoli so I thought it would be a hit. This was just a disaster. Not one person liked it. WAY too much vinegar and pepper!!! Needs raisins or cranberries or something to tone down the sour taste. Too many different flavors and it got worse as it aged for an hour in the refrig. Will not make it again.

Donna's Lasagna

Too much of a tomato paste taste for us. Needs some spices to counteract or enhance. Quite dry. Needs more sauce and tomato ingredients to balance all that cheese. I substituted ricotta for the cottage cheese. Maybe cooking one hour was reason it came out too dry for our liking. Will continue to look around for different lasagna recipes.
