Clark's Quiche
Excellent, excellent quiche. I usually make a simple bacon and cheese quiche, but this is my new standby. I will pre-bake the crust a little next time. Thanks Clark!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have
First attempt at meatballs - easy and delicious. Enjoyed them with cavatappi pasta and pasta sauce baked with a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.

Pepperoncini Beef
This is AWESOME!! Here's what I did: I put one can beef broth and one jar pepperoncinis for 1.75 lbs meat, and cooked it for 9-10 hours on low. When it was dinner time, I piled this on toasted French bread with provolone cheese, and melted the cheese in the broiler. Just fantastic!!
