Smothered Bacon Chicken

this was very good! I didn't have any cream of mushroom, so I mixed shredded cheese and salsa into the sour cream and spread that over the chicken.... and yum-o!! :)

We loved this! But I had to make a few changes since my husband cannot have cream of mushroom soup -- long story, but suffice it to say that he's extremely sensitive to MSG and any free glutamate. So I had to make my own-- and since he hates mushrooms too, I just made cream of chicken soup. There's a few good recipes around to make cream of chicken soup, and I dare say it's better for us than the kind you buy in a can! ;) But over all, it was a great dish and we loved it!! Thanks for sharing!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

We loved it! Used tomato sauce (12 oz) instead of tomato paste (apparently ours was a bit too old! lol), and left out the red pepper flakes. But it was a huge hit with my mother in law and husband! Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Lime Chicken with Rice

Italian Bread Wedges

We loved this, BUT I have to say that I changed the toppings. I spread melted butter on top of the dough, and sprinkled a garlic bread seasoning I got from Costco, and then an "Italian" shredded cheese blend. We loved it!! Thanks for the recipe.

Zucchini Patties

yum-o! Loved these! I am the only one in the house who will even eat zucchini and this is a great way to use it!! I tweaked it a little bit-- added some garlic, black pepper and diced up a about 1/2 a jalapeno and tossed that in the mix for some added pizazz! Thanks for the recipe!

Spicy Chicken Enchiladas

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

my husband and I loved these. We like some cheese in our scalloped potatoes, so I added some to the sauce just as it was thickening up, and then some to the top near the end of the baking. It was delish! :)

Bolognese Sauce

My husband absolutely loves this recipe. Of course I tweak it a little to fit our style- we like spicy foods so I add just a dash of red pepper flakes. Also I use ground turkey instead of beef (I have made it with beef also) and it turns out great! In fact I served it to some friends that never knew they were eating ground turkey! :) They just assumed it was beef.

Albondigas Soup I
