Carol's Arroz Con Pollo
Very good! I added a handful of frozen peas and the same of chopped green olives and it really made it authentic! Thanks for a good one!

Chicken Fried Chicken
Very good! Followed the recipe exactly with great results. I always had trouble with fried chicken--until now! P.S.-I love the reviewer who wanted to save the calories from frying, so she baked it with a stick of butter instead! LOL!

Reuben Pizza
