I liked this very much and so did my son. My partner hated it and my daughter doesn't like anything haha so she doesn't count. I added cheddar cheese to give it extra umph and I found it lovely.

I made these for my daughter's Brownie troop with the vanilla added and they LOVED them. I am making them right now for my son's class and made some for my partner's work. I was careful to catch the mix at the softball stage and just used shortening and my hands...at first a tad warm but fine after a bit. Thanks!

We collectively marked this 4. My partner said it was a 4, his daughter thought it was a 4.5 and I thought it was a 3.5 but I didn't cook the celery enough so I think next time I'll make sure it is REALLY tender. I did all the fixes in the reviews and apparently it was a huge hit. A must make again. Thanks for the recipe.
