Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
SOOOOOO good!!! I made no changes to recipe and they are outstanding!!! Thanks for a great treat! I doubled the recipe for bigger cookies. One note- they are fragile when they come out of the oven- let them sit before moving to the cooling rack.

Outstanding Chicken Dinner
The subtitle to this recipe should be "Chicken Alfredo" because that's really all it is. It was good, but nothing outstanding. The only addition I made was some minced garlic. I followed other reviews and didn't cook the chicken twice- I just made the sauce and dumped it over the chicken and baked for 45 minutes. I served over fettucine.

Almond Chicken Casserole II
We enjoyed this very much! Although, I took the advice of some others and made some changes. I used cream of mushroom soup w/roasted garlic and french onions instead of corn flakes. I made it the night before and put it in the fridge. then added the onions before cooking. The ONLY complaint I have was that I used all of the same amounts of ingredients this recipe called for and I only had enough for an 8x8 pan. ?? Maybe my chicken breasts were smaller..? I will make this again.
