This was the best chicken scampi I've ever made! I love chicken scampi but have not found a recipe yet that compares to a restaurant; this is it! I followed the recipe but wanted to use a little white wine and forgot to pick it up. Although I thought it was FAB like this, a little white wine would definitely be the finishing touch.

If it were not for the tomato paste in this I think it would have been great. The tomato paste, however, completely ruined it for me. Guess I should have listened to my gut about the tomato paste before I made it. Thanks, anyway though.

I thought these burgers were FABULOUS! Really, really loved them! Only change was I used ground turkey. I did not like the BBQ sauce with the cajun seasoning though. I only had hickory BBQ so that may have been why. I will try once more with another BBQ sauce, but did not even use the BBQ sauce on the burger. Tasted after it was made and wanted to spit it out. :) Thanks so much for sharing - will use this burger recipe again and again.
