Chicken In Basil Cream

Followed recipe to a T. I found it very runny and bland, although my kids did like it, hence me giving it 3 stars. Won't make it again.

Fantastic texutre and consistency. We found the cummin a little too strong, so next time I'll cut in half. I am not sure about the soya. I think next time I'll omit it, as it was a little too salty and I'm not sure it added much. I think a chipote mayo dressing would be fabulous as a topping and will try that next time. One of the better turkey burgers I've tried and will certainly try again with aformentioed tweaks.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I found the beer gave it a bitter taste that I did not like. I would not put it in next time, I'd use a chicken broth instead. To suit to my taste, I added a cup of chicken broth, 2 tsp suger, 1 tsp cayenne pepper and small can of tomatoe paste. This reduced the bitterness beautfully, and we really enjoyed. Will make again with those changes. Still, a welcome recipe, thank you.

Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Salad

This was way too sweet for my family and my taste. If I was to make again, I would double the soya, and drastically reduce the sugar.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

It tasted very artifical. I had not used a Velveta type cheese before, and I really didn't care for it. Too much cornstarch, it was way too thick. I'll look for another recipe that uses fresher ingredients

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Extremely tasty. Next time I'll use a touch less flour and omit the sour cream. I added cayenne pepper at last minute as I like it a little spicier than written.

Creamed Spinach III

As written, I found it rather bland, hence the 3 stars. With suggested changes from other reviewers (saute onion and garlic, parm cheese) it was a 5 star. Will certainly make again.
