Baked Oatmeal I

Loved it:) My girls love oatmeal, but I wanted something different and fast. This sure was a winner in our books

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I loved this recipe. I promised my three year old she could help me make cookies for valentines. I loved this, because it was fast and easy, and I had to put them in the freezer so we don't eat them all before Tuesday.

Pasta With Peanut Sauce

this is a great recipe. I like a little change in my meals, and this did just that. The only thing I would do differently when I make it again, is make extra sauce. I like lots, and I found it a little dry.
