I'm a fireman in northern Virginia (just accross the potomac from DC) Started cooking when I decided to become a fireman. (Following in my fathers footsteps) Pasta, Desert, pretty much anything that tastes good. I have a new found love for bbq as well Pasta on thursdays and sundays, it was our comfort food growing up. Cooking for the guys at the firehouse, any number of times. Its always good to see your food appreciated. Just about everytime i cook at work we are busy and dont eat dinner until 7.30 or 8 pm.
