Pasta on thursdays and sundays, it was our comfort food growing up.

Cooking for the guys at the firehouse, any number of times. Its always good to see your food appreciated.
My cooking tragedies
Just about everytime i cook at work we are busy and dont eat dinner until 7.30 or 8 pm.

Cornbread Stuffing Southern Style
I like the fact that it does not call for sausage as many other cornbread stuffing recipes do. The only change I made was only adding 2 cups of chicken broth, and it was still very moist, 3 may have been too much.

Chicken Enchiladas I
These are some darn good enchiladas, cant wait to make them again!

Whipped Cream Filling
This was a great recipe, I have never had luck getting whipped cream to stay whipped for me, but this was just the right consistency. However I did add 1 more tablespoon of sugar, as I thought it tasted to milky.
