Hoisin-Glazed Salmon
This was really good. I used frozen salmon and ended up marinating it for an extra 20 minutes or so, just how it worked out. I didn't have garlic chili hot sauce so I used Sriracha instead. Other than that I followed the recipe. I will make this again. Thanks.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Very disappointing. I thought I would change up my regular chili and make this one. DH didn't like it and asked where the regular chili I make was. He always likes my cooking but asked for me not to make this again. Big let down for all the work I put in.
