Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
I have made this recipe several times. It is always delicious. Cooking it can be tricky because you need to make sure you don't overcook the pork but at the same time get the cheese to melt. Just make sure to use a medium heat setting on the grill. My 4 and 6 year old love them too.
