WOW these are incredible! my family are big chocolate lovers and they feel in love with these amazingly rich and easy truffles. Instead of crushing cookie crumbs on top of the truffles I used Non-pareils holiday sprinkles to make them a little more festive.

Sour Cream Spice Cake

Super soft and moist. The frosting sets, so make sure to work semi-quickly when frosting.-it should be at a consistency such as meringue- you can make pretty peaks if you desire. got great reviews from family

Glazed Apple Cookies

yummy! a big hit with the family :) they are so soft and moist. I did use butter instead of shortening, and baked at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Yum! These cookies are chewy on the inside, slightly crunchy on the outside. the 1/2 mint on each cookie is just enough for a great mint taste without having it be over powering. very yummy and packages great. Make sure to allow time for the chocolate to harden before putting the cookies into containers. made a ton of cookies (probably close to 4-5 dozen for me)

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

I definitely suggest using pure vanilla and almond extract as well as using philadelphia cream cheese for a better taste. the dough was not easy to work with so I refrigerated it over night and that worked great. I also took the suggestion of cutting the dough a little thicker. I used royal icing on the top. big hit at my Christmas party

Egg Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

These were easy to make but were a little bland for me. The chocolate chips are the main flavoring. I also pressed each dough round down since they dont spread.

Mother's Applesauce Cake

very yummy-but too much clove taste for me. when I make this again I will cut the clove to 1/4 tsp. Very moist and really does make the whole house smell great. :)

Coconut Cake III

made this cake for my mom's birthday who loves coconut and it got rave reviews from all the guests. even my brother who is not a big fan of coconut said it was awesome. I did take the advice of other posters to use cream of coconut instead of the oil. I also put 2 tablespoons cream of coconut in the frosting.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

this was sooooooooo good!! definitly #1 chocolate cake in my book. very moist! in my opinion it taste just like those big chocolate costco muffins. i did take others advice and cook at 325 degrees for 60 min instead of 350 degrees. and only used 3/4 of a cup of oil.
