Creamy Beef Stroganoff
I did make a few changes. I used beef left over from Christmas dinner. Also, I had to use cream of celery and fat free sour cream due to my husband's heartburn issues. Everything else stayed the same. This turned out really well. We were both extremely pleased with the final product. We will definitely be making this again!

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
I used this recipe as a base to use what I had on hand. I used a bag of frozen meatballs. I put cooked them in 2 quarts of chicken broth for 3 hours on high. About 20 minutes before eating, I threw in two handfuls of spinach and half a cup of couscous. This was very easy and delicious!

Breakfast Burritos
This was very good. This made a lot of food, but these are easy to reheat on busy mornings!
