Fruited Ice Cream

Wonderful! Have gotten nothing but wonderful comments about this recipe. It's even great without any fruit. Easy as well. No cooking and no eggs. I have even made it with skim milk to make it less fattening.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Very good! I would leave out the chips though-too many and too crunchy. I used mint extract instead of peppermint and it tasted great.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream

The ice cream did not freeze in my freezer. After 2.5-3 hours it was still very liquidy.
