Chicken Yum-Yums
Due to time constraints I wasn't able to make my own duck sauce but I found some at the grocery store already made instead. I added extra sauce and fruit and served it over steamed vegetables and brown rice. Even my friend's 2 year old liked it!!

Chocolate Torte Frosting
This icing is not for a beginner... you have to know how to use a double boiler correctly and don't panic when you add the chocolate that it gets lumpy because the butter smooths everything out... the suggestion to refridgerate and whip it is very good and the icing itself is quite tasty!

Best Moist Chocolate Cake
This is the first time I've ever made a cake from scratch and it turned out spectacular... I ate the whole cake without icing it was so good!
