Three Cheese Manicotti II
I added fresh basil, oregano, frozen spinach (thawed and drained) and cooked chicken. I only used one jar of pasta sauce. Great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I used a lime beer, and added cilantro and it was awesome!!

Quesadillas I
I used black beans instead of olives, and taco seasoning instead of the hot sauce. I also added salsa. This would also be great with chicken! Thanks!
