I am a single mom of a very picky eater. I enjoy cooking, as well as music (my profession), photography, travel, and cultures. My interest in travel and different cultures leads my taste buds to try and prepare many new things. Although I'm not great at it, I really enjoy baking, in addition to Southern styled foods. PRETZELS! For some reason, baking never seems to work for me, but recently, I made a batch of pretzels and they were AMAZING. I'm sure I've had many, but the only thing that comes to mind is the time my sister tried to make cornbread stuffing with Jiffy Mix.....she also forgot to take the giblets out of the turkey. LOL.
