Streusel Apple Coffeecake

This was OK. A little too dense and not enough flavor. I definitely would make again, but I would add more apple/streusal layers in between the dense cake. Just a little too heavy for my liking.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

This was a great recipe. I made some modifications - I used fresh blueberries - 3 half pints. I also made a streusal topping instead of making the icing. I layered the cake mix with the blueberries and streusal in between, 3 times. It created a blueberry-streusal marble cake. Nice and light and fluffy.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Excellent!!! I have always wanted to make whipped shortbread and these were great. I ate it warm and it did NOT crumble like some of the reviews said. Here's what I did: WHIP the butter a lot on high. Then beat the other ingredients in on high for several minutes - it should be a whipped white color - almost like a 'coolwhip' type look. I added a little extra sugar for added sweetness (about 1/8 cup more). I put hershey kisses in the center of some, green candied cheries in others and I left some plain! ENJOY!! Yum.
