This is a great recipe. I actually used leftover taco meat. The idea of adding corn didn't do much for me. Usually when I make tacos we alway make Spanish rice, I added the leftover rice to the soup, which was absolutely a wonderful addition. I topped with crumbled fritos.... Delicious!

Delicious. I substituted the lima beans for the butter beans. My family loved it. Even better the next day
