Maple Salmon
Everyone in the family loves this recipe. I used the marinade for other dishes, too. I made a delicious chicken with it last week. It makes a great stir fry sauce, too. Freeze the sauce in ice cube trays, pop the cubes into a freezer bag, then use what you need as you need it. Easy & delicious!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
This is delicious! What a great way to make cauliflower. Even my kids raved about it!

Fresh Tomato Salsa
This is the best fresh salsa recipe I've ever used. I add garlic, garlic scapes, green onions, scallions...whatever I have. I love to use multi-colored tomatoes and red onion. It looks as great as it tastes!
