Applesauce Bars
Since I didn't have any Pumpkin Pie Spice I substituted 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp allspice and I baked it in a smaller pan. The result was a very aromatic, moist bar that was a delight to eat!
I did not put any frosting or sugar on top, but maybe next time I'll try thinly sliced apples with a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar on top.
Overall a wonderful recipe.
